Cosmic Kids Yoga – Since Cosmic Kids started in 2011, our mission has been to share yoga and mindfulness with kids through screen time that parents can trust as an experience. safe and sound. Children today are at a stage in their lives where they need to constantly enrich their minds, learn new activities and most importantly, have fun while doing it. By practicing mindfulness at a young age, they can reduce stress, improve awareness and improve cognitive development.
At Cosmic Kids, we strive to enhance and enrich the yoga experience by creating stories, characters and situations that are relatable to children. We call these Yoga Adventures. Many of our yoga retreats are inspired by popular movie stories such as Frozen, Star Wars, Minecraft, and Moana, to name a few.

We believe that children thrive best when surrounded by an immersive environment that is conducive to growth and learning. Yoga and mindfulness videos use engaging visuals and motivational dialogue to keep young viewers engaged from start to finish.

Cosmic Kids Yoga Reviews • Fresh Chalk
My three-year-old daughter loves to show me the yoga she’s learning at school and I love basic yoga, so I was looking for something we could enjoy together. This is what I expected to see, but the speed is very slow. We are constantly jumping between standing, sitting and positioning and we don’t have time to enjoy the scenery. There was no nice stretch, but there were always ups and downs and twists and turns and we could barely stand forward before we both sat down. My daughter was really excited by the story and asked to watch the episodes, but she only tries one out of three or four places because she can’t keep up. If it can slow down to half speed that would be great.
My 3.5 year old daughter loves these videos. He asks me every evening if we can do yoga. I also like it because I can make dinner while he is busy. The story keeps him interested, and I think the stress and distraction helps him at bedtime.
This show is great for kids! My five year old loves watching it and it makes him move and follow directions. Before going to bed it’s great to release his energy, tire him out and get ready for sleep.
The exercise was easy for my 5 year old son to follow. History was interesting and fun for him. He was seriously injured one evening before going to bed and this became the focus of his energy.

My two year old and three year old started participating right away and when we were done they wanted more yoga! A good teacher.
The girl loves it! 6 and 3 years old. I also enjoy participating with them, moving and laughing together 🙂
I love Cosmic Yoga, it’s interactive, colorful and fun. The children I serve are in grades K-3. We live in Wash., DC. Sometimes Jamie’s accent can be strong, which makes it difficult to understand him at times. Too soon for my children. My only suggestion is if it’s for kids/kids, include led yoga without the accent and keep the activity low. I like the idea. We love Jamie!
